Former Bryan County, Okla., Sheriff’s Lieutenant Charged with Civil Rights Violations
Kevin Bennett Holt, 48, of Achille, Okla., has been accused of violating a female arrestee’s civil rights on two occasions and two male inmates in Bryan County in 2010.
