A Starkville man, Kylen Ingram, also known as ‘KTM Prime,’ was sentenced to three years in prison for possession and transfer of a ‘Glock switch,’ which is a device that converts a semi-automatic handgun to fully automatic.
According to court documents, Ingram, 22, previously pled guilty to possession and transfer of a ‘Glock switch,’ which constitutes a machinegun under federal law.
On today, U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock sentenced Ingram to 36 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Ingram was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals following sentencing.
The case was investigated by the FBI, the Starkville Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and gun violence, and to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone.
This case is also connected to a violent crime reduction strategy launched by the government on May 26, 2021, which aims to foster trust and legitimacy in communities, support community-based organizations, set focused enforcement priorities, and measure results.

He was sentenced to 36 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
