Letitia James, the former Attorney General of New York, has pleaded not guilty to charges in a Virginia mortgage fraud case.
According to a press release from the Google State AG News, James appeared in court on March 27, 2024 and entered a plea of not guilty to the charges.
The charges against James include conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit bank fraud, among others.
