A 28-year-old Lincoln woman is facing serious charges after being accused of conspiring to distribute large quantities of methamphetamine in the Lincoln area.

Rachel Rayanne Rodriguez, a resident of Lincoln, was charged with conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine between April of 2009 and May of 2013.

The indictment against Rodriguez was unsealed on March 24, 2014, and she made her first court appearance the following day. During the hearing, she was ordered held without bond, pending further action in the case.

According to court records, Rodriguez’s next scheduled court appearance is a status conference on May 20, 2014. The investigation into Rodriguez’s activities was conducted by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Drug Task Force.
