Guatemalan National Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for Illegal Reentry

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – In a significant crackdown on illegal immigration, a Guatemalan national has been sentenced to five years in prison for illegally returning to the United States after deportation.

United States District Judge Liles C. Burke handed down the 60-month prison sentence to Lucas Lucas-De Lucas, 36, on [current date]. Lucas was found guilty of illegal reentry of a previously deported alien.
