Luis Mizhirumbay-Taquiri, Illegal Re-Entry, Pennsylvania 2021

Four men with a history of deportation now face federal charges for allegedly re-entering the United States illegally.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Luis Mizhirumbay-Taquiri, 42, was previously deported to Ecuador in June 2019. He is alleged to have re-entered the country sometime after that and was found in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.

Mizhirumbay-Taquiri faces a maximum penalty of two years in prison, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

Another defendant, Edwin Jeovany Sanchez-Ordonez, 37, of Honduras, was charged with illegal re-entry into the United States by a previously deported alien. Sanchez-Ordonez was previously deported to Honduras in June 2014 and is alleged to have re-entered the country sometime after that, being found in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

Sanchez-Ordonez also faces a maximum penalty of two years in prison, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

Hector Bienvenido Amador-Medina, 34, was indicted with illegal re-entry into the United States by a previously deported alien. Amador-Medina was previously deported to the Dominican Republic in June 2018 and is alleged to have re-entered the country sometime after that, being found in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.

Amador-Medina also faces a maximum penalty of two years in prison, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.

Additionally, Rodrigo Cabrera-Tolentino, 22, of Mexico, was charged with illegal re-entry into the United States by a previously deported alien. Cabrera-Tolentino was previously deported to Mexico in November 2017 and is alleged to have re-entered the country sometime after that, being found in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.

Cabrera-Tolentino faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
