A federal grand jury in South Dakota has indicted Raymond Uses The Knife III, 32, for Failure to Appear, a serious offense that carries a maximum penalty of 5 years in custody and/or a $250,000 fine.
According to the indictment, Uses The Knife III had been charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. However, he failed to appear in U.S. Magistrate Court on April 5, 2016, for a hearing on those charges.
