In a shocking turn of events, Eduardo Medina-Ramirez, a 32-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was charged with multiple counts of violent crimes in a federal court in Pennsylvania.
The case, MEDINA-RAMIREZ, was filed on September 27, 2012, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (PAED Federal District).
