PHILADELPHIA – Three foreign nationals have been sentenced for illegal reentry into the United States after prior deportations. Hernan Molina-Perez, 33, a Honduran national, was sentenced to time served and will be removed from the country again. Oscar Navas-Rixtun, 37, a Guatemalan national, received a four-month sentence for illegal reentry. Pedro Jimenez-Georges, 40, a Dominican national, also faced deportation after his sentence. These cases are part of Operation Take Back America, an initiative by the Department of Justice to combat illegal immigration and protect communities. The investigations were led by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations.
