ALBUQUERQUE – A violent assault left a woman seriously injured, and now the perpetrator is facing the consequences. Nathan Mescale, a 36-year-old enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, pleaded guilty to the assault charges.
According to court records, Mescale admitted to assaulting Jane Doe on December 2 and December 3, 2023, which caused her serious bodily injury.
