Lincoln County Man Sentenced to 27 Years for Child Pornography

ST. LOUIS – In a disturbing case of child exploitation, U.S. District Judge John A. Ross on Wednesday sentenced 32-year-old Christopher C. Parker to 27 years in prison for producing and distributing child pornography.

Parker’s heinous crimes involved recording his sexual abuse of two young girls, which he then shared with others online. The abuse was triggered by multiple tips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which notified the FBI on March 21, 2023.

Agents obtained a search warrant and searched Parker’s home in the village of Fountain N’ Lakes in Lincoln County, Missouri, the next day. They found child sexual abuse material on electronic devices, including a laptop and cell phones. Parker then admitted abusing the girls, as stated in his plea agreement.

Parker pleaded guilty in January to two counts of production of child pornography and one count of distribution. The investigation was led by the FBI, the St. Charles County Cyber Crime Task Force, and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Jillian Anderson prosecuting the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims.

Christopher C. Parker’s 27-year sentence serves as a harsh reminder of the severity of child exploitation crimes. As the Grimy Times continues to expose the darkest corners of our society, we remain committed to bringing justice to the victims of these heinous crimes.
