Noe Ambrocio-Perez: Illegal Reentry Charge for Deported Alien

BOSTON – Guatemalan national Noe Yonildo Ambrocio-Perez, alias ‘Noe Perez,’ has been charged with illegal reentry of a deported alien. The 38-year-old has been caught living in Springfield, Mass., after being removed from the United States three times.

Ambrocio-Perez’s first brush with immigration authorities came in 2002 when he entered under the alias ‘Rodolfo Lopez-Velazquez.’ In 2008, he was arrested for assault and battery, identifying himself as ‘Wilder Noel Perez.’ His aliases mounted over the years, each time adding another chapter to his criminal history.

In 2010, he was placed into protective custody under the name ‘Noe Yonildo Perez,’ and in 2012, he faced charges for erratic driving with a BAC of .255. Convicted in 2013, Ambrocio-Perez served time before being released to face immigration proceedings.

His illegal reentry saga continued with an arrest in 2015 in West Palm Beach, Fla., where he was caught speeding and driving without a license. He pleaded guilty and was deported again. But Ambrocio-Perez wasn’t done; he非法 entered the country for the third time and was charged with illegal reentry in federal court in 2019 after an accident in 2018.

Now, the repeat offender faces up to 10 years in prison for his latest illegal return. With a fine of up to $250,000 hanging over him, Ambrocio-Perez’s case underscores the serious consequences of illegal reentry in the United States.
