A Dallas police officer has been charged with evading arrest, officials say.
Officer Michael Johnson was arrested on April 10, 2024 and charged with evading arrest in Dallas, Texas.
According to the arrest warrant, Johnson allegedly fled from a traffic stop on April 5, 2024 and led officers on a high-speed chase through the city.
The charges against Johnson include evading arrest and reckless driving.
Johnson is being held at the Dallas County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
