Pine Ridge Pizza Hut Thief Pleads Not Guilty
A brazen heist at the Pine Ridge Pizza Hut has landed a young man from Porcupine, South Dakota, in hot water. David Gay, 25, has been accused of stealing over $1,000 from the restaurant between November 1 and 30, 2011.
According to the indictment, Gay was charged with Larceny for his alleged crimes. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy on May 14, 2013, and pleaded not guilty to the indictment.
