Quincy Jay Adams, 32, a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, stands accused of assault with a dangerous weapon, brandishing a firearm, and domestic abuse by strangulation. Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, 38, is indicted on charges of actively seeking to distribute and exchange child pornography. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa PD busted Alanoca, finding evidence he was trading in images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children. A conviction on these charges carries a hefty sentence.
The most complex case involves Venkateswara Chagamreddy, 27, an Indian citizen. He’s charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, falsely claiming to be a federal officer to intimidate victims, and obstructing commerce through extortion. A superseding indictment suggests the scope of the fraud is wider than originally thought, indicating a deepening investigation.
The FBI and Tulsa PD are leading the investigation into Adams, while HSI and Tulsa PD are handling Alanoca. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Emily Dewhurst and Ashley Robert are prosecuting those cases respectively. Details on the prosecutor for Chagamreddy’s case have not yet been released.
