Caldwell, the conductor at the center of a devastating train crash that claimed the lives of 62 people near Newmarket, Tennessee, in early September. Caldwell, who initially took responsibility for the tragedy, has been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury for his role in the disaster.
