A Parmalee man has been arraigned on disturbing charges of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child, Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child, and Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child While Required to Register as a Sex Offender.
According to the U.S. Attorney, Randy Never Misses A Shot, 48, was indicted by a federal grand jury on March 13, 2013, for these heinous crimes.
The maximum penalty upon conviction is life imprisonment, a harsh reality that looms over Never Misses A Shot as he faces these serious allegations.
The charges are merely accusations, and Never Misses A Shot is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. The investigation is being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Troy Morley handling the prosecution.
Never Misses A Shot was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal, awaiting a trial date that has not yet been set.
