PARMALEE, SOUTH DAKOTA – Randy Never Misses A Shot, a 48-year-old man from Parmalee, South Dakota, was arraigned on serious charges of sexual abuse against a minor.
According to the United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson, a superseding indictment for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child, Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child, and Abusive Sexual Contact of a Child While Required to Register as a Sex Offender has been filed against Never Misses A Shot.
The indictment, handed down by a federal grand jury on March 13, 2013, alleges that Never Misses A Shot committed heinous crimes against a child, leaving the community shaken.
Never Misses A Shot appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on March 15, 2013, and pled not guilty to the superseding indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is a life sentence in prison.
The investigation is being conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Troy Morley handling the prosecution.
Never Misses A Shot was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal, and a trial date has not been set.
The charges against Never Misses A Shot are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
