A 51-year-old man from the Dominican Republic with a history of child sex abuse convictions has pleaded guilty to a fentanyl charge in New York. Reinaldo Sanchez Gonzalez, also known as Delvis Mendoza, is facing a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison and up to 40 years.
