RAPID CITY – A shocking verdict was delivered in federal court on July 25, 2025, as Richard Wayne Gray, a 41-year-old man from Gillette, Wyoming, was found not guilty of Transportation of a Minor with Intent to Engage in Criminal Sexual Activity and Aggravated Sexual Abuse with Children.
