Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II, Possession of Improvised Explosive Device, California 2014

San Francisco, California – On June 2, 2014, Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II, a 42-year-old resident of San Francisco, was arrested near Crissy Field after a recent manhunt. Chamberlain is now facing serious charges for possession of an improvised explosive device and a firearm with a removed serial number.
