Sayre Man Pleads Guilty To Meth Distribution – Brandon Grimland

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a stunning turn of events, Brandon J. Grimland, 42, from Sayre, Oklahoma, has entered a guilty plea to charges of POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE METHAMPHETAMINE, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The allegations, which have sent shockwaves through Muskogee and beyond, claim that Grimland knowingly and intentionally possessed methamphetamine with intent to distribute on or about October 15, 2016. This substance is classified as a Schedule II controlled substance under Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C).

The charges stem from an extensive investigation led by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. These agencies have been relentless in their pursuit to dismantle drug operations across the state.

Judge Steven P.
