HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – Sean Allicock, a 53-year-old citizen of Guyana, was sentenced to 65 months’ imprisonment by United States District Judge Karoline Mehalchick for illegally reentering the country after having previously been removed.
According to United States Attorney Brian D. Miller, Allicock was indicted by a federal grand jury after being arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking and related charges in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, on June 18, 2025.
Allicock was previously convicted of illegal reentry in 2007. He had previously been removed from the United States pursuant to a court order in 1998 and 2015. Allicock pleaded guilty to illegal reentry before being sentenced.
The ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations investigated the case. Assistant United States Attorney Kelley K. McGraw prosecuted the case.
This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the government to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
Allicock still faces pending state charges in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
