SEATTLE – A street-level kingpin, Leon Henderson, got locked up for two decades today after being caught with piles of deadly fentanyl pills and loaded guns. The 34-year-old’s January, May, and September 2023 arrests all yielded over a thousand fentanyl tablets, plus firearms on two occasions. His jury conviction in November 2025 followed a three-day trial. Judge Jamal N. Whitehead slammed Henderson for selling fentanyl to vulnerable homeless addicts, saying the dealer could have caused up to 18,000 overdoses with those pills alone. The FBI and Seattle PD targeted him as part of their North Aurora hotspot strategy, taking another armed criminal off the streets.
