In a shocking revelation, it has come to light that Senators and Representatives in Washington D.C. have been embezzling funds intended for tree seed distribution. The agricultural bill, reported to the House on December 18th, 1922, carried a hefty appropriation for the improvement of U.S. post roads, including forest trails.
