A shocking display of violence at a South Dakota high school has left a community reeling. Ta-Sunka-Hinz Thunder Hawk, an 18-year-old from Blackfoot, South Dakota, has pleaded guilty to simple assault.
According to court documents, Thunder Hawk went into a room at Tiospaye Topa High School in March 2013 and grabbed the victim in a bear hug. The victim, who was working at the school, was forced to struggle in order to get free.
