June 28, 1915, Wheeling, W. Va. – In a bizarre case of deception, a local piano dealer, C. A. House, has been caught peddling pre-owned pianos to unsuspecting families. House, operating out of 1305-1307 Market Street, has been renting out pianos, attempting to pass them off as brand new.
