BRENT BIEGLER’S DISORDERLY CONDUCT GETS HIM IN TROUBLE
A Timber Lake man has been sentenced for his role in a disorderly conduct incident that left a Timber Lake woman feeling seriously inconvenienced.
Brent Biegler, 32, was ordered to pay a $500 fine and a $5 assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund after pleading guilty to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
According to the investigation, the incident took place in September 2012 when Biegler caused serious public inconvenience and annoyance to a Timber Lake woman.
The investigation into Biegler’s actions was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Division.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Mikal Hanson prosecuted the case and ensured that Biegler was held accountable for his actions.
The conviction serves as a reminder that disorderly conduct will not be tolerated in our community, and those who engage in such behavior will be brought to justice.
Biegler’s punishment is a warning to others who may think that causing public inconvenience and annoyance is acceptable behavior.
