TULSA, OK – A Tulsa man is accused of a vicious attack on his partner, while a Bolivian national is facing federal child pornography charges, according to indictments unsealed this week. The cases are part of the March Federal Grand Jury’s 2025-B proceedings, detailed by U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson.
Quincy Jay Adams, 32, a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, allegedly assaulted a woman on tribal land with a firearm, intending to cause serious harm. The indictment details charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, using a firearm during a crime of violence, and strangulation of an intimate partner. Adams allegedly strangled the victim. The FBI and Tulsa PD led the investigation.
Also indicted was Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, 38, a citizen of Bolivia. Alanoca is accused of soliciting and distributing child pornography online. Investigators say he advertised for exchanges of illegal material and knowingly received and spread visual depictions of child sexual abuse. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa PD are handling the investigation.
Finally, Venkateswara Chagamreddy, 27, an Indian national, is charged in a superseding indictment with a complex scheme involving wire fraud, impersonating a federal officer, and extortion. Details on the specific nature of the scheme are still emerging.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
