Grimy Times – PIERRE, S.D. – Tyson Quigley, 35, of St. Francis, South Dakota, was found guilty of Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm in a federal jury trial on April 4, 2024.
Quigley was discovered with a .40 caliber pistol in a parked vehicle near St. Francis on January 1, 2023. He had three prior felony convictions, including Domestic Assault of a Pregnant Woman in 2013, Felon in Possession of a Firearm in 2018, and Possession of Methamphetamine in 2019.
