A former USDA employee, Keith Bergstrom, 40, has been indicted for sending emails containing threats to a federal law enforcement officer in New Hampshire. The emails, which were sent from an unknown location, contained explicit threats against the officer, prompting an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Bergstrom was indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of Interstate Communications of Threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 875(c). The indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan.
