The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma made the chilling announcement. The assault, which occurred on February 10, 2024, took place within the Seminole Nation Reservation in Seminole County. Hodge has been charged with Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, a crime that carries a severe punishment of up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
