GRIMY TIMES EXCLUSIVE: A 42-year-old woman from Mineola, Texas has confessed to federal drug trafficking charges in a Tyler court. Jennifer Northcutt, aged 42, stood before U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith K. Guthrie on February 5, 2013, admitting to the possession of approximately 17 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
According to court documents, Northcutt was apprehended on August 21, 2010, while in possession of the illegal substance and a firearm during the distribution process. The revelation of her crime led to a federal indictment against her and two co-defendants on November 7, 2012.
