Francis Kills In Sight, Aggravated Sexual Abuse, New Mexico 2012

Spring Creek resident Francis Kills In Sight, 19, has been slapped with a federal indictment for Aggravated Sexual Abuse, according to court documents obtained by Grimy Times.

The indictment, handed down by a federal grand jury on October 16, 2012, alleges that Kills In Sight engaged in a heinous act that has left the community shaken. The maximum penalty for conviction is up to life in custody, life of supervised release, and a $100 Special Assessment. Restitution may also be ordered.

Kills In Sight appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on April 24, 2013, and entered a not guilty plea to the indictment. The charge is merely an accusation, and Kills In Sight is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
