Francis Kills In Sight, Aggravated Sexual Abuse, New Mexico 2012

Spring Creek resident Francis Kills In Sight, 19, has been slapped with a federal indictment for Aggravated Sexual Abuse, according to court documents obtained by Grimy Times.
