Cody Man Caught with Unlawful Ammunition

A 26-year-old Cody man is facing up to 15 years in prison after being arraigned for being a felon in possession of ammunition.

Adam Shane Aviles, Jr. was detained at the request of the government and will remain in custody pending trial, set for January 22, 2024, before U.S. District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson.
