Alec Respects Nothing, Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance, South Dakota 2022

Alec Respects Nothing, a 31-year-old man from Manderson, South Dakota, has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Gina S. Nelson prosecuted the case.

Respects Nothing was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service after his sentencing. He will also serve five years of supervised release and pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
