Alejandro Aldave, 36, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been charged with cocaine trafficking in a superseding indictment.
According to court documents, Aldave knowingly possessed more than 500 grams of cocaine with intent to distribute. He is also charged with maintaining a residence to distribute cocaine and possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Resident Office, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and the Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Adam D. McConney is prosecuting the case. The indictment, 25-CR-173, was returned by the May Federal Grand Jury 2024-B.
Aldave is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
