PHILADELPHIA, PA – Harry W. “Buck” Buchanan, 63, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, is facing federal prison time after admitting he deliberately skipped filing his tax returns for two years. The physician, who operated Harry Buchanan IV MD PC, pleaded guilty yesterday to two counts of willfully failing to file with the IRS.
According to federal prosecutors, Buchanan neglected to file federal tax returns in both 2009 and 2010.
