By pleading guilty, Contreras Pano has acknowledged her role in this larger issue and will face the consequences of her actions.

U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. presided over the case, ultimately sentencing Contreras Pano to serve 2 months in prison. Following her imprisonment, she will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This outcome serves as a reminder of the severity with which federal authorities are treating cases of illegal re-entry.

The outcome of this case highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat illegal immigration and related crimes. As part of Operation Take Back America, federal agencies are working tirelessly to identify and prosecute individuals who violate federal law, ensuring that those who break the law are held accountable for their actions.
