Andrew Dominguez, Child Sexual Abuse Material Distribution, California 2026

A twisted Los Angeles man has been charged with producing and distributing child sexual abuse material, leaving investigators and victims’ families shaken. Andrew Dominguez, 37, is accused of committing these heinous crimes while registered as a sex offender.

According to court documents, Dominguez attempted to entice three minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of producing a visual depiction of such conduct in 2013, 2014, and 2023. He also distributed CSAM videos of a minor and used a facility of interstate commerce to entice minors to engage in sexual acts.

Dominguez’s alleged crimes span over a decade, with the most recent incidents taking place in 2023. The FBI Los Angeles Office, Victorville Resident Agency is leading the investigation, with assistance from the FBI Denver Field Office.

The charges against Dominguez are severe, with a maximum penalty of life in prison if convicted. He faces two counts of production of child pornography, one count of attempted production of child pornography, two counts of coercion and enticement of a minor, one count of distribution of child pornography, and one count of committing a felony offense involving a minor while being required to register as a sex offender.

Assistant Attorney General A. Tysen Duva of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division made the announcement, emphasizing the importance of holding individuals accountable for these egregious crimes. The case serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing threat of child exploitation and the need for continued vigilance in protecting our most vulnerable citizens.

Dominguez’s indictment is a significant step towards justice, but the road ahead will be long and arduous. As the investigation unfolds, it is essential to remember the victims and their families, who have been forever impacted by these heinous crimes.
