Council Bluffs, Iowa Resident Sentenced to 60 Months for Possession of Child Pornography
Council Bluffs, IA – A 42-year-old Council Bluffs resident has been sentenced to prison for his role in a child pornography case. Anthony John Wesolowski was sentenced to 60 months in prison by United States District Judge Stephanie Rose on November 24, 2014, for possession of child pornography.
Wesolowski, a resident of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was found to have been using a file sharing program to obtain images containing child pornography over the internet for a period of several years. He pleaded guilty on July 8, 2014, and admitted to having images on his home computer that depicted minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct as of October 31, 2013.
