Roanoke Man Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Distribution, Gun Charges
Roanoke, VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, Antonio Maurice Payne has pleaded guilty to a pair of federal charges related to cocaine distribution and illegal firearms possession.
