Gainesville, Florida – In a disturbing case of child exploitation, Arthur Gabriel Young, 23, of Miramar, Florida, has been federally charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of children producing child pornography, one count of receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
According to the indictment, the crimes were committed in the Eastern District of Alabama, but Young was arrested in Florida. The indictment was unsealed on March 14, 2024. Young’s alleged crimes are a serious threat to the safety and well-being of children in our community.
The indictment alleges that Young produced, received, and possessed images of child pornography, which is a federal crime. The Department of Justice (DOJ) takes these types of crimes very seriously and will do everything in its power to bring those responsible to justice.
