In a shocking expose, a nine-month investigation by the Federal Land Bank of Columbia has revealed a staggering number of farmers in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida were left reeling after their loans were scaled down by up to 35.5 cents on the dollar. The scandal, which affected a whopping 348 out of every 100 Land Bank Commissioner’s loans and 307 out of every 100 Federal Land Bank loans, has left many questioning the motives of the financial institutions.
