DAVENPORT, Iowa – Jimmie Willis, 44, of Burlington, Iowa, is headed for a long stretch behind bars. Yesterday, Willis received a 20-year federal prison sentence for his central role in a large-scale methamphetamine conspiracy and for illegally possessing firearms connected to his drug operation. Willis and his co-conspirators allegedly flooded Burlington with over 400 pounds of “ice” methamphetamine – a staggering amount of the highly addictive drug.
