Cecil White Bull, Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor, North Dakota 2013

Cecil White Bull, a 40-year-old man from Fort Yates, North Dakota, has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor and two counts of Abusive Sexual Contact of a Minor.
