Stevie Earl Harris, a Clay County man, is accused of a brazen carjacking and attempted kidnapping that went down on September 5, 2024, in Clay County, Alabama. Harris allegedly used a firearm and transported explosive materials, putting the safety of an innocent victim and others at risk.
