Legend Hall, Carjacking, Pennsylvania 2025

⏱ 3 min read

A Philadelphia man, Legend Hall, 20, is going down for 11.5 years after a string of violent carjackings in West Philly and Upper Darby, PA. Hall was sentenced alongside his accomplices, who were involved in two brazen heists in 2024.

On September 17, 2024, Hall and two co-defendants, Kristian Jackson and Jalaal Claitt, approached Victim #1 on the 300 block of 62nd Street in West Philly and demanded they drive them somewhere. When the victim refused, two of the males pulled out handguns and took the car, iPhone, and $500 cash.

The same crew struck again on October 1, 2024, in Upper Darby. They ordered a pizza, then pointed guns at the delivery driver, taking his wallet, phone, car keys, and cash. Hall and his crew jumped into the driver’s vehicle and fled the scene.

Hall pleaded guilty in July 2025 to two counts of carjacking and one count of carrying a firearm during a crime of violence. His accomplices have also pleaded guilty to their respective roles in the crimes.
