Baltimore, Maryland – Clayton Alexander McCoy, a 30-year-old man from Chesterland, Ohio, has been charged with transporting explosives with intent to injure and with using, carrying, or possessing a destructive device during and in relation to a crime of violence, in connection with a bombing in Manchester, Maryland on October 30, 2020.
