Cleveland Man Charged in Middleburg Heights Bank Heist
A 22-year-old Cleveland man has been indicted on federal charges stemming from an armed bank robbery in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
Kysen Conway is accused of using, carrying or brandishing a firearm while robbing the Citizens Bank at 15050 Bagley Road on April 24. He faces one count of armed bank robbery and one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence.
According to the indictment, Conway robbed the bank while armed with a firearm, putting the lives of bank employees and customers at risk. If convicted, Conway could face a significant prison sentence, with the exact length to be determined by the court.
